Unlike her fashion choices, which are immediately dissected and catalogued, Taylor Swift keeps her beauty routine close to her chest – and the fact that her signature Pat McGrath’s LiquiLUST Legendary Wear Matte Lipstick in Elson 4 is forever sold out may be the reason why.
Until now. A mere 10 days after the drop of her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, she announced on Good Morning America that a new docuseries – titled The End of an Era – and concert film, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Final Show, would be heading to Disney+ at the end of the year – and with the trailer, we were given a clue.
The six-part docuseries – the first two episodes of which will air on December 12 – offers fans an up-close, behind-the-scenes look at the making of the highest-grossing concert tour of all time, while The Final Show will show Swift’s final Eras Tour show in Vancouver in full.
In the clip, Swifties are treated to a rare look at Swift’s post-show wind-down routine after her energy-fuelled three-hour show. We can see her using a make-up wipe to remove her make-up, peeling off her false lashes and preparing for a bath in an enviable marble tub. There is also a glimpse at her bath products, which US Vogue contributor Audrey Noble has kindly revealed: The Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Ageing Cleansing Cream, a Tata Harper’s Cleanser (possibly the Clarifying Cleanser), the OUAI Body Cleanser in St. Barts, and the Christophe Robin Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner.
This immediately piqued my interest, as the OUAI Body Cleanser happens to be one of my favourite products, too, especially in the St. Barts aroma. The delicious scented body wash has a transportive effect with its notes of dragon fruit, orange blossom, tuberose and musk. It’s heaven.
